Welcome and thank you for joining us for the virtual 2021 Bringle and Hatcher Civic Engagement Showcase at IUPUI. This Showcase features the recipients of the Plater Civic Engagement Medallion as well as the poster presentations of multiple community engaged students, faculty, and staff. The individuals, partnerships and projects featured on this site span the gamut of civic and community engagement. This year’s poster presentations include individual and collective contributions by faculty, staff, and students joining efforts with community groups and other partners to enhance the quality of life and our shared futures through educationally meaningful service and scholarship. We invite you to explore this space and learn more about the different ways in which civic and community engagement emerges and is sustained through creative learning and partnership experiences.
