Transitions with THRIVE

My PDP will cover my time as a student thus far, particularly highlighting my time in THRIVE. It would highlight how I came to apply for this position and take on this internship as well as my time as a THRIVE student itself. I would then also cover how my time in THRIVE affects my decisions and suggestions regarding THRIVE now as Program Assistant. I would also highlight the adversities overcome during COVID in order to continue the sense of community for first year independent students.
