Adolescent Medicine and Pediatrics Gender Health Program

The Gender Health Program gives support and comprehensive care to young adults and children who experience gender dysphoria. This is the only pediatric gender health program in Indiana, and provides services such as hormone therapy, mental health counseling and support, etc. for patients. One of the projects I have worked on throughout my internship is a Qualtrics program. At the clinic, patients and parents fill out respective caregiver and patient packets when they are new to the clinic. I have been working on making a virtual option, which would automatically score the packets. This makes things easier for patients before coming to the clinic and saves the work of manually going through the packets, calculating, and interpreting scores.
