This report provided Index Corporation with recommendations on how to engage with recently graduated STEM majors via social media. They had high hopes to diversify their company with the help of W231 students. The report includes a detailed methodology, analysis, a review of literature, an appendix, along with all of the references covered in the 100 hours of research.
