Women's Involvement in the Economy
The main focus of this project is to analyze past studies' efforts to increase women's involvement in the workforce and see which aspects worked/did not work. Using the results of this analysis, the next goal is to develop a model to increase female employment; the case study focuses on rural areas in India since these areas have low rates of female employment.
