Community Based Dental Education and Healthcare

This project involves creating and disseminating educational materials to dental students and professionals in the field to increase awareness around the importance of HPV prevention. Indeed, disseminating educational materials and involving the dental workforce in providing HPV vaccines can both increase patient awareness and vaccine completion rates, all of which may positively impact population health at large. My role in this project has been in the development of educational learning modules, writing literature reviews, and revising clinical materials needed to prepare dental professionals for community-based care.
